Following Aamal (Practices) are experienced and shared by pious and righteous religious people. Purpose of publishing the same is to guide Allah’s beings with correct Nawafil and Tasbeehat instead of practicing non-Islamic methods with Tasbeeh and Musallah.

 

Fasting and Taraweeh Prayers:   During the Holy month of Ramadan, fasting is mandatory for every Muslim man and woman. In addition there is also great benefit in offering Taraweeh prayers after Isha. Therefore it is related to Hazrat Abu Huraira رضی اللہ عنہا that the Holy Prophet ﷺ­said that a person who with sincere heart and pure faith carries out Qayam (offer Taraweeh) during Ramadan, his previous sins are forgiven. First Night:   On the first night of the Holy month of Ramadan, recitation of Surah Al-Fateh once after Isha prayers is a source of obtaining great rewards. On the first night of Ramadan after offering Tahajjad prayers, great blessings of Allah are gained if this verse is recited 12 time while facing towards skies:

لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّوْمُ الْقَآئِمُ عَلٰی کُلِّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا کَسَبَتْ.

 

Daily Wazifah: Following pray is to be recited daily thrice after each prayer:

اَسْتَغْفِرُاللہَ الْعَظِیْمَ الَّذِیْ لَآ اِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّومُ وَاَتُوْبُ اِلَیْہِ تَوْبَۃَ عَبْدٍ ظَالِمٍ لَّایَمْلِکُ لِنَفْسِہٖ ضَرَّ اً وَّلَا نَفْعًا وَّلَا مَوْتًا وَّلَا حَیَاۃً وَّلَا نُشُوْرًا

 

21st Night:   Great rewards are blessed upon recitation of Surah al Qadar 21 times on the 21st night of Ramadan. Offer two Rakat Nafil on the 21st night in such a manner that in each Rakat after Surah al Fatiha, recite Surah al Qadar once followed by Surah e Akhlas 3 times. After carrying out Salam, recite Durood Shareef and Astaghfar 70 times each. By the grace of Allah, sins will be pardoned and Allah will grant this prayer to the person offering it due to the blessings of this night. Also on the 21st night, offer 4 rakaat Nafils (2 rakaat each) in such a manner that in every rakat after Surah e Fatiha recite Surah al Qadar followed by Surah al Akhlas once each. After carrying out Salam, recite Durood Shareef 70 times. By the blessings of Allah, angels will pray or Maghfirah (forgiveness) of the person offering these prayers.

 

23rd Night:   After offering Isha and Taraweeh prayers on the 23rd night of Holy month of Ramadan, recitation of Surah e Yaseen and Surah e Rehman once each is a source of great blessings and rewards. On the 23rd night, offer 4 rakaat Nafils (2 rakaat each) in such a manner that in every rakat after Surah e Fatiha recite Surah al Qadar once followed by Surah al Akhlas three times. After prayrs, recite Durood Shareef 70 times with deep concentration. By the blessings of Allah, sins will be forgiven.

 

25th Night:   Reciting Suarah al Fateh 7 times on the 25th night is a source of great blessings and rewards. On the 25th night of Ramadan, offer 2 Rakat Nafil such that in each Rakat after Surah e Fatiha recite Surah al Qadar once followed by Surah al Akhlas 15 times. After completion of prayers, recite second Kalma 70 times.Sins will be forgiven.

 

27th Night:      According to Harzat Umar رضی اللہ عنہا the Holy Prophet ﷺ said: ‘One who spends the entire night of 27th Ramadan in praying till morning, is dear to me even more than the prayers of all the nights of Ramadan’.  Hazrat Fatima رضی اللہ عنہا submitted: ‘Dear father, what about those old men and women who are not capable of Qayam (to stand) the whole night?’ The Holy Prophet ﷺ replied: ‘Cannot they take support of pillows and spend some moments while sitting during this night and pray to Allah? Yet this is more endearing as compared with the Ummat spending the entire month of Ramadan in Qayam.’

As quoted by Hazrat Ayesha Siddiqa رضی اللہ عنہا , The Holy Prophet ﷺ said: ‘ One who remains awake on Shab e Qadar  and offers two Rakaat Nafil prayers, Allah will forgive him and grants his blessings and Hazrat Jibrael علیہ السلام will pat his feathers on him. And the one who is patted with the feathers of Hazrat Jibrael علیہ السلام, will enter heaven.’

On the 27th night of Ramadan, anyone who offers two Rakaat Nafil in such a manner that in each Rakat after recitation of Surah e Fateha, recites Surah al Akhlas seven times and after the prayers, recite the following Tasbeeh 70 times:

اَسْتَغْفِرُاللّٰہَ الْعَظِیْمَ الَّذِیْ لَآاِلٰہَ اِلَّا ھُوَ الْحَیُّ الْقَیُّوْمُ وَ اَتُوْبُ اِلَیْہِ

 

By the grace of Almighty Allah, all of his sins and those of his parents will be forgiven. The Lord will grant pardon to his parents and will endow him a high place in heaven. In addition, Allah will also bestow all those who offer these Nafils with the ability to perform pious and righteous deeds.

 

Also on this night, anyone who offers four Rakaat Nafil in such a manner that in each Rakat after recitation of Surah e Fateha, recites Surah al Qadar thrice followed by recitation of Surah al Akhlas 50 times. And after completion of prayers, offers Sajdah to Almighty while praying earnestly for his mercy, all of his legitimate needs will be fulfilled by the grace of Almighty.

 

On the 27th night of Ramadan, those who recite all the seven Surahs commencing with , will be forgiven by Allah for their sins. On this night those who offer two Rakaat Nafil in such a manner that in each Rakat after recitation of Surah e Fateha, recites Surah e Alam Nashrah once, followed by recitation of Surah al Akhlas thrice and after Salaam recite Surah al Qadar 27 times, will Insha Allah be rewarded with great blessings.

29th Night:      One who recites Surah al Waqiah seven times on this night will be greatly blessed with provisions by the grace of Almighty. Also on this night, anyone who offers four Rakaat Nafil in such a manner that in each Rakat after recitation of Surah e Fateha, recites Surah al Qadar once, followed by recitation of Surah al Akhlas thrice. And after completion of prayers, recites Surah e Alam Nashrah 70 times, Insha Allah, Almighty will give him the strength of faith and its protection.

For toothache: (Space for Arabic text): Celery extract 01 ounce, Ethyle Alcohol 25 grams, Sulfuric Ether 50 grams. Mix the three medicines. Celery extract will soon dissolve in alcohol. Apply the medicine with a cotton swab on the area of pain. Let the swab remain on the painful area for about 2 to 3 minutes. This is a formula from American Pharmacopia. Pain will subside within minutes without any side effects.

 

Effective lotion for skin burnt by fire:        Soda lime water one liter, sesame seed oil 01 liter. Mix the two liquids and shake it well. It will form into a white lotion. Soak a cloth on this lotion and put it on the burnt part. Change this dressing twice a day. This will shortly soothe the burnt portion.
