[Azhar Inayat Shah; Kohat] 

This Amal was advised by our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)  in dream to Sheikh Abu Muhammad Marjaani(RA) . This Amal is present in some of the books as well. This amal is very much effective. I will mention an incident as an evidence. I had a friend of mine who was Afghani. He told me that he had problem in getting married. His family is trying to find a good match for him for 2 years but unable to get; although in Afghanistan men can get married by giving money to the bride’s family. When I check his details I found out that he was affected by black magic. I told him the same Amal. After a week when I again checked his details, his magic effect was not there anymore and his marriage was fixed. Now he is the father of three children. 

The Amal is mentioned below:

Last two Ayats of Surah Toba, Surah Bani Israil Ayat 82, Surah Hashar Ayat 21 to 24, Surah Falaq, Surah Naas, And the below mentioned Duaa

للّٰھُمَّ اَنْتَ الْمُحْیٖ وَاَنْتَ الْمُمِیْتُ وَاَنْتَ الْخَالِقُ وَاَنْتَ الْبَارِیُٔ وَاَنْتَ اللہُ فِیْ اَلَمْ نَخْلُقُّکُمْ مِنْ مَّاءٍ مَّھِیْنٍ فَجَعَلْنٰہٗ فِیْ قَرَارٍ مَّکِیْنٍ اِلٰی قَدَرٍ مَّعْلُوْمٍ۔ اَللّٰھُمَّ اِنِّیْ اَسْئَلُکَ بِاَسْمَآءِکَ الْحُسْنٰی وَصِفَاتِکَ الْعُلْیَا یَا مَنْ بِیَدِہٖ الْاِبْتِلَاءُ وَالْمُعَافَاتُ وَالشِّفَاءُ وَالدَّوَاءُ بِمُعْجِزَاتِ نَبِیِّکَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَبَرَکَاتِ خَلِیْلِکَ اِبْرَاہِیْمَ وَحُرْمَۃِ کَلِمَتِکَ عَیْسٰی عَلِیْہِمُ السَّلَامُ اَللّٰھُمَّ اشْفِہٖ۔

Which Ism-e-Azam: Sheikh Fakhrudeen Khawarizmi mentioned that to whomever Allah has mentioned his great Name depending on his situation is his Ism-e-Azam. For example ‘Arhamur Raahimeen’ was the Ism-e-Azam of Prophet Ayoub علیہ السلام which is also mentioned in the below Duaa:

رَبِّ اِنِّیْ مَسَّنِیَ الضُّرُّ وَ اَنْتَ اَرْحَمُ الرّٰحِمِیْنَ اور اَلْوَہَّابُ

And ‘Al-Wahab’ for Prophet Sulaiman علیہ السلام when he read the below mentioned Duaa:

رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِیْ وَہَبْ لِیْ مُلْکًا لَّا یَنْبَغِیْ لِاَحَدٍ مِّنْۢ بَعْدِیْ اِنَّکَ اَنْتَ الْوَہَّابُ(ص35)اور خَیْرُ الْوٰرِثِیْنَ

And ‘Khair-ul-Waariseen’ for Prophet Zakariya علیہ السلام when he read the below mentioned Duaa:

رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْنِیْ فَرْدًا وَّ اَنْتَ خَیْرُ الْوٰرِثِیْنَ (الانبیا 89)

Hence Allah accepted their prayers. Prophet Ayoub علیہ السلام got healthy after his illness, Prophet Sulaiman علیہ السلام was blessed with a kingdom and Prophet Zakariya علیہ السلام  got the good news of Prophet Yahya علیہ السلام. Whenever anyone prays to Allah with his/her Ism-e-Azam, Allah will fulfill his needs and accept his prayers. 

Effective Amal for Tooth Ache: This Amal was mentioned in Ubqari in October 2008. Since then I am following it.  This is very effective for toothache. You need to try this amal mentioned below: 

Draw this table on your notebook. Ask the patient to spit before they start this. Place the first finger of your right hand on the teeth, and place the pen nib on the letter *ALIF*. Read full Surah Fatiha with Bismillah and blow on your tooth. Place the pen nib on *BAY* and read Surah Fatiha twice with Bismillah and blow. Repeat this amal for *JEEM* while reading Surah Fatiha thrice with Bismillah and do dum. Then ask the patient to spit. InshAllah the pain will disappear. In case there is still pain,then start with the next letter in the above table repeating the above mentioned procedure. It is necessary that you are suffering from tooth ache while doing this amal. Do not do this amal when there is no pain.

Note: Please give the Sadaqa for the Aaamil, otherwise his own teeth will get damaged. The amount of Sadaqa can be anything like 5 to 10 rupees; you can give it in a mosque as well.
