Preacher of Islam: Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Kaleem Siddiqui
Hazrat Maulana Muhammad Kaleem Siddiqui is a great preacher of Islam. Almost five lac people have demonstrated allegiance to him and embraced Islam. His famous book ‘Naseem e Hidayat Kay Jhonkay’ is worth reading.
We reached Jamai Mosque of Sangroor at 12:00 pm as we were to gather the people fallen to apostasy and misguidance at Zuhr Prayer and converse over invitation and reformation for allurement. Imam of the mosque Muhammad Israel’s capable son Muhammad Rehan who two weeks back in Soni-Pat committed to devote his entire life for preaching Islam found that opportunity worth availing; he took his umbrella, motorbike and asked me to accompany him. We reached to shop of a motor mechanic owned by Sikh wearing a turban. He introduced me to the shopkeeper, “Meet him, he is Maulana Sahib.” That Sikh warmly welcomed us. He was a courteous fellow. Mr. Rehan told me that earlier the shopkeeper was a Muslim, later he converted to Sikhism. We spent two hours visiting people who or their forefathers had been Muslims earlier, particularly before 1947. Thanks to ALLAH Almighty that all people whom we met regarded us and persisted for having cold drinks.
After spending two hours in sweltering heat of August when we reached Jamai Mosque, Rehan Sahib asked with great concern, “Hadrat! You were saying in Soni-Pat that the person who even has a bit of faith, will be entered in heaven either after retribution for his sins or will be forgiven by the Generous ALLAH. I am extremely sorry that I bothered you in such torching sun, took you along and visited those shops. Shopkeepers felt grateful when you were introduced to them, they showed regard for you and owned you that you are the leader of Muslims. Their displaying regard for you means that they still consider themselves Muslims though to a little extent. Moreover, it also means that they have little bit of faith. Now ALLAH will forgive them whenever He would want. This was the motif behind this exercise. Our short-run trip in scorching sun will keep those fellows away from blazes of hell eternally.”
I felt proud for that young considerate devotee. I started talking silently to ALLAH Almighty that He Himself chooses the beggars and Himself gives alms; whenever He chooses a person for His favourite work of inviting people to Islam, He also confers sense and devotion for this purpose. There are numerous scholars of Ummah who contradict the teachings of Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW and remain busy in declaring common people rather scholars and leaders of Ummah as non-believers. But meanwhile there are such people in Ummah who; delegated by ALLAH Almighty and enlightened by sense and compassion remain busy in finding pretexts which could be presented before ALLAH Almighty as an evidence of people’s faith. This is exactly alike, when Holy Prophet Muhammad SAW asked his uncle Abu Talib who was at his deathbed to bear witness that ALLAH Almighty is one and Muhammad SAW is His messenger so that Holy Prophet SAW would produce evidence before ALLAH Almighty at the day of judgement in favour of his uncle Abu Talib.
