It is common about the children and the old people alike in this weather that both of them end up having weak bladders. Due to which they urinate in bed. In order to get rid of this problem the ladoos of till are the best diet and medicine.

As soon as winters arrive, sweaters, jerseys, and warm clothes start coming out of the trunks. As opposed to summers, special arrangements are made for winters. The winter season is quite strange; to chew pine nuts and peanuts in the shivering cold nights of winter, to wake up very early in the morning while chattering the teeth, to wash up, to have breakfast with quivering hands etc. are such activities that are only typical of winter.

Awakening of the Digestive System: Winter is the season of awakening of the digestive system. In this season you can work quite a lot because the digestive system provides us with a lot of energy. When you try hard and move your body, then you like to work a lot as compared to summers. The effects of various exercises in this season keep the whole body healthy and strong for the whole year. And the body becomes strong. The nature provides you with appropriate vegetables, food, and fruit according to every season. In winters, all the fruits that are available in the market, they are all in accordance with the needs of our body and environment. Glucose is available in ample quantity in the vegetables and fruits that are produced in this season. Glucose is a great source of energy. It has the same value for our body, which is of the petrol for the engine of a car. In this weather the people with weak digestive system improve and strengthen their digestive systems and they start digesting everything.

The Importance of Vitamins: In winters, due to cold, it is required to use such foods due to which a lot of energy is produced in the body. And along with that the required minerals and salts are also obtained. In order to obtain minerals and vitamins, lentils, vegetables, meat and eggs etc. are diurnal diets. But in order to provide additional energy to the body the nature has specially produced dry fruits. These dry fruits have all sorts of natural nutrients. The biggest thing is that although they have ample amount of oils, but they do not produce fat in the body. Rather they keep it strong. Other than that, they also have fibrous elements in them. These are valuable for proper digestion in the intestines. They remove constipation.

Fish: Although fish is meat, it is very different from other meat related products as it does not produce fat at all. The meat of the fish has pure proteins. In order to obtain proteins there is no better diet than fish. Fish is beneficial in many illnesses and cough and flue. It also finishes dry cough. There is a lot more nutrition in fish as opposed to the meat of chicken and cattle. It digests in almost 4 hours. The use of fish is extremely important for weak children.

Egg: After milk, egg is a kind of complete diet. Egg is particularly composed of neonate and its diet. Fried egg takes a long time to digest. Hard-boiled egg has less nutrition. It leads to constipation. And it makes sores in the intestines. That is why whenever the egg is used, it should be half boiled. It has more nutrition.

Walnut: Walnuts are very nutritious among the dry fruits. Its roasteded pulp is very useful for the wintery coughs. It is very beneficial to use walnuts along with raisins or munaqqa. If used excessively, it can create sores in the mouth & itching in the throat. It strengthens the mind.

Almonds: It is beneficial for memory, brain and vision. It has vitamins A, B and other than that it has oil and sugars. It strengthens the nerves and removes constipations.

Sesame: It is a special gift of winter. In this weather children and old people urinate a lot. In this season one thing is common about children and old people that their bladders become weak. Due to which they urinate on the beds. In order to get rid of this problem the ball of sesame (till k laddu) are the best diet & medicine.

Chilgoza Pine: Pine nuts provide strength to kidneys, bladder and liver. Its increased usage in winter removes the problem of excessive urination. Eating this can create warmth inside the body. And the effect of winter is removed. Pine nuts should be chewed after the meal.

Raisins: Raisins are in reality dried grapes. They are a very good cure for constipation. It provides strength to the body. It is beneficial for the cough and flue of children. This is a very nutritious fruit.

Peanuts: Peanuts are cheap and delicious. Salted peanuts are eaten in every season with a lot of joy. But in winters one wants to eat peanuts even more. It has a lot of oil in it. However, no matter how much peanuts you eat, your weight will not increase due to its oil. Do not eat it when you are hungry otherwise your appetite will vanish.
