Our neighbor Jannat bibi shares very interesting incidences and tells about her experiences. One day I told her that there is a black balm with barbers which is useful in treatment of acne etc, but they don’t share it’s recipe with anyone. On this, she told me that once my grandson had an abscess and someone told me that there is a person who lives near the station and his name is Afzal. He has a balm and you may bring that. I knew him personally, so I went to him and asked him to give the balm and also inquire about its price. He said to collect the balm in evening. When I went there, he said he couldn’t make it due to some work and said to collect next morning. I realized that he did not want to make balm in front of me but I was headstrong to see the recipe of the balm. I reached there before time, he was angry as why I came early. I told him that I have come earlier as I am in need of it. He was reluctant to make the balm in front of me and he seemed very confused. I told him that don’t be furious; I will not make this formula as I have no intentions to sell it. I told him that at such age, I shall not make it commercial and damage your business. At listening this, he was bit ashamed and said he doesn’t mean it. After this he started making the balm.
Formula: Desi rice one chitank, jiggery (gurr) one chitank, salt one tea spoon, Alum (phitkari) one tea spoon.
Boil the rice and put the salt and jaggery in it. When it is fully boiled, then grind it. Make cubes while luke-warm and sprinkle alum on it and tie it over the affected area of boil/abscess. God better knows, it is same formula as of barbers or something else.

I am narrating my personal experience here. I was working in Karachi as an accountant in a garment firm when I experienced the complain of asthma. I took treatment for 12 years but couldn’t get relief. Doctor advised me to go to Punjab and leave the city, and I shifted to Lahore but the problem persisted. One day, Mr. Riaz my relative come to me and told me that he also suffered from the same issue and got cured with one formula of Hakeem. Formula: Slaughter a bagla who has a black beak and paws and make soup of it and take it before sleeping and in the morning as efficacy of it will stay for 6 hours. Use it four times a day as it will release the phlegm and you will be alright in 2 weeks time. Such bird is found in ponds and not in the market.

My daughter’s cheek had fungus and I used the balm for few times and it disappeared. I also advised this to my school maid who had boils in the hands and toes in summer and winter, it worked for her too. It is very pleasing to do this as many of us have benefited from it. I had this balm in small quantity and then I mixed petroleum jelly and alum in it so as to serve it for 2 to 3 patients. I have a faith that until I will do this service to humanity, there will be shifa in dust also. At times I do not have money and I don’t like asking for money from the poor. I plea you to pray for better income of my family, when I was telling you about my mixture thing with balm, I was scared. Nobody else would want to hurt anyone like this. I pray for your long life.
