Take care of your feet if you don't want lifelong regrets!

Like the hands and other limbs, it is very important to take care of the feet. Different seasons and climate changes affect the feet. The skin on the feet is also sensitive, which must be taken care of because the feet stay in shoes for a long period of time, so they are not given much attention, but that does not mean that they should not be taken care of.

 

The following guidelines will be helpful in their upkeep:

  1. Wash your feet thoroughly and then ensure to dry them completely. Most people do not dry which is wrong. If water is left between the toes, it is conducive to the growth of bacteria.
  2. Shoes should be changed regularly and do not use socks that can suffocate the feet, use cotton, wool or silk socks (depending on the season).
  3. To soften the skin of the feet, apply Vaseline on them before going to bed, and then wear cotton socks so that the skin will be soft and smooth.
  4. In case of dry skin of the feet and cuts in the heel, use specific brush on them. Dry skin is actually caused by dead cells. Specific brush can clean the dead cells and softens the skin.
  5. Massage the feet and soles to relax the whole body.
  6. Wear comfortable slippers, this way you will take care of your feet and also increase blood circulation in it, also use different foot care products,

 

Foot massage:

  1. Put feet in lukewarm water for ten minutes, two or three drops of fragrant oil can also be put in this water.
  2. Dry the feet thoroughly, cut the nails and buff the nails with a nail file,
  3. Apply special cream or lotion on the feet, also use pumice stone on the feet, and use it more on heels and on the dry skin to get rid of dead cells, then wash the feet and dry them.
  4. Massage the feet Press the soles gently and use special cream, massage the feet with the thumbs.
  5. Ensure to apply the cream between the toes and massage them, this will also increase the blood flow.
  6. Lay down for five to ten minutes and raise your feet by putting them on a pillow. This way, with the feet raised you will feel relaxed, the blood vessels will also be active, keep doing this process from time to time, this way the required care of the feet will be possible.
