For cramps, body and heart

If one feels cramps or body aches or heart ailments, make a paste of one foot of ajwa palm which is obtained from a bakery etc. by adding this little bee honey and eat it in the morning and evening and the heart ailment will disappear.  This is also my tried and tested prescription.
