Always drink water when you feel thirsty. Cold water erases thirstiness. This and many other advice are common to us. But those relating to water are hardly ever paid much attention as drinking water is something we do by habit. 

Nowadays, every other person gives the advice of drinking more water. Drinking less water and being dehydrated are the problems that are mostly faced in summers. For maintaining the body temperature, digesting food and keeping the metabolism running efficient water is needed. Food nutritionists say that before preparing for food it is much more important to make arrangements to ensure that clean water is available like boiled water or mineral water. Those who eat a lot feel the need to drink more water because water is required for the proper digestion of food. If someone does not have the habit of drinking much water than he or she must increase their intake of fruits like water melon, melon and grapes. Besides this they should also take on more vegetables. Other ways of fulfilling the body's demand for water is by drinking things made of milk and water like milkshake, squash, different soups, gravy and the orange melon covered with designs. Did you know that we require 2/3rd water so that our entire body can function properly? 

Learn to check hydration level:

You do not need to go anywhere for this. Your headache is enough to inform you that your body needs water. Instead of opting for medicine, check the colour of your urine. If its yellow then that is the indication of low water level in your body. This causes your kidneys, brain, heart and other organs to work extra hard. In hot countries, the hydration level keeps changing. In winters, the urine colour does not change much but in summers drinking a lot of water is better. Another thing to keep in mind is that if a person has a weight of 85 kg then he/she should drink more water however if a woman has a weight of 60 kg, she should not drink too much water. Hence, there should be no competition regarding intake of water. If a person exercises daily then their need of water will be different. Generally, a woman needs 2.7 litres of water and a man should drink 3 litres of water. But this can be substituted with fruits and other drinks. 

Indigestive drinks are a different story:

Milk and drinks created with milk and fruits take a long time to digest hence they are called indigestive drinks. They are full of nutrients. In this way the water does not have any oiliness but has thirst ceasing qualities. If you do not use fat-free milk in making your milkshake or smoothie but instead use ice cream or chocolate syrup then this will increase the number of calories immensely. If you use skimmed milk and add any fat containing yogurt, milk or fresh fruit then this will not harm you in the least. A glass of this is similar to a healthy breakfast which has carbohydrates, protein, vitamins and minerals all in small amounts. If you are lactose intolerant then you should use soy milk.

Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sahab, Aslam-o-Alaikum! I read the article on curing diarrhoea. I used it when needed and found it beneficial. I got motions and went to see the doctor. I was given medication and as long as I took them, I was fine but when I would stop taking them my illness would occur again. I read about this Totka in Ubqari magazine and made it quickly. Upon using it I felt better.
