Soak 3 dry figs, 7 pitted dates and 11 sultanas in water or milk under open sky while covered with a small cloth and eat them at Suhoor.
It is an excellent strengthener for your stomach, reduces appetite and most importantly it does not make you feel exhausted throughout the long day of Ramadan. This is also full of iron and is quite effective for intestinal infection and dryness.
