Respected Hakeem sahib! Asslam o alikum, this dua was gifted to me, printed, by a well wisher. I recite this according to the told method. Thanks to Almighty Allah that I did not feel any disease or problem, it is especially for the heart problems. Following is the dua and the method:
Recite 7 times after every prayer (namaz) and blow on the palm and drag the hand on chest. This is the dua: 
After that put the index finger on heart and recite 7 times this verse,
And then recite 7 times
