  1. Use more and more liquids.
  2. Remove all those things from office and home which can cause asthma, such as dust, smoke and etc.
  3. Keep your bedroom clean from allergen.
  4. Avoid perfumes.
  5. Avoid smoke and pollution.
  6. Keep scarf around your neck and cover your nose.
  7. Stop exercise when you feel whistle voice from throat.
  8. Sit down during asthma attack, do not lay down.
