Allah gave freedom to Hazrat Musa (A.S) and his people from the cruelty of Firon.

The day of Ashoura holds very important events and is a very important day on its own.  Hence some of the researchers have mentioned the following:

• Hazrat Adam was forgiven on the day of Ashoura.
• The ship of Hazrat Nooh was also saved from the  flood  on the same day
• The same day Allah made Hazrat Ibrahim as “Khalil Ul Allah” “Friend of Allah and saved him from fire.
• Allah gave freedom to Hazrat Musa (A.S) and his people from the cruelty of Firon.
• Hazrat Suleiman (A.S) was made King on the day of Ashoura
• Hazrat Ayoub (A.S) was cured from his disease.
• Hazrat Younes was set out from the fish’s stomach on the same day.
• Hazrat Yousef (A.S) met his father Hazrat Ayoub (A.S) after a long time.
• Hazrat Issa (A.S) was forgiven on the same day and he was taken away due to the cruelty of non-believers.

Some Islamic scholars have also mentioned the below important events also took place on the day of Ashoura.

• Allah created earth, sky, pen and Hazrat Adam on the same day.
• Day of Judgment will be on the Day of Ashoura
• Touraat was sent to Hazrat Musa (A.S)
• Hazrat Ismail (A.S) was born on the same day.
• Hazrat Yousef (A.S) was set free from the prison of Egypt and was made the ruler on the same day.
• It rained first time on the day of Ashoura.
• Hazrat Khadeeja (R.A) was married to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him).
• Hazrat Umar (R.A) was martyred on the same day.
• Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A) was also martyred on the same day.
• Quresh people used to change the Cover of Khana Kaaba on this day.
• The people of Hazrat Younus (a.S) were forgiven on the same day and the punishment was taken away from them
