By the management of ShahiQila Lahore, complaints have been received that most of the women who come to Moti Masjid are seriously violating the rules of archaeological monument for example:
1: Agarbattis& candles are burnt which is not only a disgrace to the Masjid but is also turning white marble to black.
2: Many of the women come alone & insist to stay in the Masjid for night.
3: Women bring along perfume bottles, water bottles, shoe boxes, calendars, stickers with posters & wall chalking is done on Masjid walls.
In short, the management is facing serious problems due to women. Keeping these complaints in view, AllamaLahuti has expressed strong displeasure & has warned that if these complaints do not cease, permission to perform the practice will be withdrawn. (Ubqari management)
